You will shape the product strategy and ensure that the right features are delivered at the right time.
You are the central interface between business, UX/UI, and development, making sure our product delivers maximum value to both users and the company.
With your experience, you will drive agile product development at PAIDAI, foster team communication, and support the entire team in working efficiently and purposefully.
Product & Delivery Expertise

Independently plan, execute, and facilitate sprint rituals (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)

Take ownership of building, prioritizing, and continuously maintaining the Product Backlog

Translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria

Ensure a steady product and delivery flow together with the development team and the CPO
Technical Collaboration

Ability to communicate effectively with developers and the Head of Tech Lead

Basic technical understanding to assess architecture decisions, dependencies, and effort estimates

Work closely with the tech team on scope, effort estimation, and release planning
Stakeholder & Requirements Management

Actively collect, structure, and prioritize business and stakeholder requirements

Clearly communicate product goals, priorities, and trade-offs to internal stakeholders

Critically assess requirements and align them with product and user value
UX/UI & User Focus

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers during discovery, conceptualization, and validation

Experience with user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven product optimization

3–5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable product-focused role

Senior AI Engineer (m/w/d) • Hamburg • hybrid
You will play a key role in shaping the AI architecture of our platform and ensure that our users receive tangible added value through intelligent, agent-based functionalities.
As a Senior Engineer, you will take on end-to-end responsibility: from conception and prototyping to scalable operation (MLOps).
You will work hand in hand with product, design and domain experts (HR, Legal, New Work) to quickly bring features to our users.
Product-related AI Development

Fine-tuning and orchestration of LLMs (e.g., for career coaching, skill gap analyses, agentic workflows).

Development in TypeScript/NestJS.
MLOps & Data Engineering-
Setting up automated training/evaluation pipelines (Docker, GitHub Actions, Kubeflow if necessary).

Monitoring model performance, A/B testing and continuous retraining.
Quality & Data Protection-
Ensuring high security and data protection standards (GDPR), especially when handling sensitive HR data.
Tech Sparring & Mentoring-
Exchange with frontend team (React Native + Expo) and backend colleagues.

Coaching mid-level engineers in best practices related to AI.

8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years in the AI field (NLP, recommender/matching, GenAI).

Deep understanding of generative AI, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases.

Solid programming skills in TypeScript, NestJS (backend) – other languages welcome.

Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud infrastructures.

Enthusiasm for human-centered product development, startup mindset and ownership.

Business fluent German; English skills are an advantage.

Prompt Engineer / AI Operations (m/w/d) • Hamburg • hybrid
We are not looking for a pure “copywriter,” but an AI Operations Manager who understands the logic behind the models and can bridge the gap to development.
Since the market for experts is highly competitive, we follow a high-potential model: we are looking for someone with strong technical affinity and excellent language skills, whom we will train internally on our tools (e.g., LangFuse).
Through your work, you will relieve the developers, allowing them to focus on core architecture and new features. At the same time, you will help improve product quality by making AI outputs more consistent and precise, control costs through optimized prompts and API usage, and build internal know-how across various AI models to ensure the long-term security of our platform.
Prompt Strategy & Management
- Structure, manage, and version hundreds of internal prompts for PAIDAI.
LLMOps with LangFuse
- Actively operate LangFuse for tracing, monitoring, and performance evaluation of AI responses.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct systematic A/B tests of different prompt versions and models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
Technical Bug-Fixing
- Identify and fix errors in outputs (e.g., formatting issues, hallucinations) directly at the interface to the code.
Efficiency Improvement
- Optimize token usage (cost control) and response speed through efficient prompt design.

Background in (Computational) Linguistics, Business or Media Informatics, or a comparable degree with a focus on structure and language.

Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, JSON formats).
